You may find that some of your seats have an intense array of small bullet and pulsator jets. Sapphire Spas has designed this type of seat to produce a barrage of fine bubbles that totally invigorate your entire massage area. Another option is our Sapphire "Cohuna" Jet. This huge jet is operated by a 40mm diverter that releases an incredible amount of water and into the Spa, to literally pummle you into Relaxation Submission. Unless the Jets are positioned above water level (neck & shoulder jets), they will be operated by an Air Control. These jets are called Venturi Jets as they rely on water flow ( from the pumps ) creating a Venturi effect ( low pressure area ) past a small hole in the jet body to draw air through the Air Control and mix with water. To strengthen the jets (increase the water / Air mix) simply turn the Air Control to "on". Several banks of jets (seats) are commanded by the Air Controls on your spa. You will need to trial these, to find out which Air Control operates what seats. (Consult your Dealer for a line Drawing) Air injectors are fitted to most of the Sapphire Spa Range to invigorate and stimulate muscles in your lower body. Simply explained the Air Injectors force air into the water via the Injector, powered by a "Blower". The "Blower" sounds like a Small Vacuum Cleaner, and in fact both have very similar type motors. There is between 12 and 20 Injectors on your Spa Pool depending on the Model. A Canister is fitted on the top edge of your Spa (depending on Model) marked Aromatherapy. Inside you will find a scented bead satchel / stone. When your Blower is activated it passes air through the canister, over the beads, and into the Spa via the Injectors. Not only do you get the benefit of your bubbles from the Blower, but you also have a soothing scent to enjoy. Periodical replacement of the Beads will be necessary (See your Dealer). NOTE: Ensure you place the lid firmly on the Canister when the Blower is operating or you could risk serious injury. |
